Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products — which include sterile, single-use, and cosmetic formulations — we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or unwanted items once the order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.

Returns Approval
